Show andor on draft for consumption on or off the premises in accordance accord-ance with the Liquor Control Act of Utah, and the ordinance of Springville City. It shall be unlawful for any licensee li-censee to purchase or acquire, or to have or possess for the purpose of sale or distribution, any beer except that which he shall have lawfully purchased from a brewer or wholesaler licensed under the privileges of the Liquor Contrc; Act of Utah. SECTION 5. APPLICATION. All applications for licenses authorized au-thorized by this chapter shall be verified and filed with the City Council of said City, and shall state the applicant s name in full; that he has complied with the requirements and possesses pos-sesses the qualifications specified in the Liquor Control Act; and if the applicant is a co-partnership, the names and addresses of all partners; and if a corporation, the names and addresses of all officers offi-cers and directors; and must be subscribed by the applicant, who must state under oath that the facts stated therein are true. Applicants Ap-plicants must furnish such other information, including a certificate certifi-cate of at least five resident free holders of such city to the effect ef-fect that the licensee bears a good moral character, and is a fit and proper person to be granted a license, li-cense, as and when the City Council shall require. SECTION 14. PENALTY. SECTIONS 15. TRANSFER OF LICENSE. All licenses issued hereunder shall expire on the 30th day of June of each year, unless sooner cancelled, and shall be issued for one year. SECTION 11. RESTRICTIONS. No person shall sell beer at any public dance or to any person intoxicated, or under the influence influ-ence of an intoxicating beverage. No license shall be granted to sell beer in any dance hall, theater, thea-ter, or in the proximity of any church or school. No person shall sell beer to any person under the age of twenty-one years, and it shall be unlawful to sell beer between the hours of one o'clock a. m.. and seven o'clock a. m. It shall be unlawful to advertise adver-tise the sale of light beer except under such regulation as is made by the Liquor Control Commission Commis-sion of Utah and provides that a simple designation of the fact that beer s sold under city license li-cense may be placed in or upon the window or front of the licensed li-censed premises. No licensee shall violate the terms of the license issued, nor unless he shall be so licensed shall he sell bottled or draft beer for consumption on the premises, or permit any beer to be consumed con-sumed on the premises. SECTION 12. LICENSES REVOCABLE. RE-VOCABLE. The City Council of said city may with or without a hearing, at its discretion, refuse to grant any license applied for, and may revoke any license at any time, and in no such case need any cause be stated. No license shall be issued, and any license issued, shall be revoked if the applicant or licensee shall not possess, or shall cease to possess, all of the qualifications required by the Liquor Control Act or fails to comply with the ordinances of said city, or rules, regulations and orders of the |
