Show Fores! Traffic Count Planned Traffic counting .stations will open shortly at important points in Uinta national forest area, Chfirles DeMoisy. Jr., forest supervisor, super-visor, announced Wednesday morning. morn-ing. Data obtained will be used to determine the mowt frequented roads and recreation spots in the forestry-maintained system. Networks to be watched are: Hoi nle creek fork; Pay.son canyon forest boundary; Ncbo ranker station, sta-tion, Lake creek east of Hcber, and the head of the west fork of the Duchesne river; Spiingville crossing on Diamond Fork; Santa-quin Santa-quin canyon; Maple canyon near Moroni; Chicken creek near L,e-van; L,e-van; Mapleton canyon; Main canyon can-yon above Wall'burg. Main forest roads in Provo canyon, can-yon, Daniels canyon, and Kamas-Stockmore Kamas-Stockmore roadway will not be checked, as the state road commission commis-sion takes charge of these. Typical week day, Sunday or holiday numbers will be obtained by the check, made by campground camp-ground patrolmen. |
