Show MANY ATTEND P.T.A. MEET HERE More than 200 parents and teachers attended the initial meeting meet-ing of the local P.-T. A., Monday Mon-day night, in the high school art bi'ilding. President Mi'a'e K. Reynolds was in charge. New teachers in the various schools were introduced with short talks by Principals W. W. Brockbank of the high school and Howard Salisbury, Paul Walker and Victor Frandsen of the elementary ele-mentary grades. The latter described de-scribed the need of larger playgrounds play-grounds at the Lincoln school. L. A. Nielson, school board member mem-ber Irom this district, also spoke briefly. Music was furnished by Alern and Carol Condie and PhyUl Smart who gave instruments I selections; the Legion Auxiliary chorus, directed by Guy Brown and Miss Lela Packard, who gave a vocal solo, accompanied by Mrs. Mary Bird. Several groups of mothers representing rep-resenting the various schoulH ol' the city, were named to form plans for other P.-T. A. meetings, details of which will be announced an-nounced when the plans arc completed. com-pleted.
