Show All Incumbent City Officials Re-elected to Office in Election lm Gstad Es Hew Four Year Councilman Tlie Independent ticket made a clean sweep to place every candidate candi-date in office duriner the Springville Spring-ville city election Tuesday. The incumbent city officials were favored fa-vored by a majority of voters in every district, the straight votes placing them far in the lead at the first count. Headed by Mayor A. O. Thorn elected to office two years ago, the new officers will be installed to their respective positions at the first of the year, as follows: Emil Ostlund, retiring 2-ycar councilman, coun-cilman, 4-year councilman; I. E. Clegg, retiring 4-year man, as 2-year 2-year councilman with David Friel and Ed Johnson also reelected to the same position; William Bring-hirst, Bring-hirst, city recorder; Mrs. Eliza Russell, treasurer. H. T. Reynolds is holdover councilman. The candidates and the total number of votes polled by each is as follows: A. O. Thorn, 752; Selvoy J. Boyer. 374; Emil Ostlund, Ost-lund, 769; Karl H. Alleman, 326; I. E. Clegg, 601; David Friel, 667; Ed Johnson, 741; Fred Averett, 387; W. B. Gogarty, 420; John H.
