Show Contractors To Be Entertained At Springville Members of the intermountain branch of Associated General Contractors Con-tractors of America, will be guests of the Springville contractors, at an anuual meeting Monday, Dec. 7. A. O. Thorn, local contractor is general chairman of the entertainment enter-tainment committee. While no definite program Is outlined for the afternoon, the out-of-town guests are invited to come early and they will be taken on a tour of the city, the initiative init-iative to include a visit to the high school art building and the new Fourth ward chapel. At- 6 p. m. a banquet will be served by the Legion auxiliary at Memorial hall. W. R. Wallace of Salt Lake City is scheduled to speak during the evening, and short talks will also be made by visiting road officials. T. G. Rowland Row-land of Salt Lake City, president of the contractors' organization, will be in charge of the meeting which will also feature the nomination nom-ination of officers for the coming year. A. O. Thorn will act as toastmaster. The contractor's meeting is held in Springville annually in compliment com-pliment to the large number of general contractors in the city. There are operating from Springville Spring-ville at the present Reynolds-Ely Construction company, A. O. Thorn and W. W. Clyde and company, com-pany, Strong and Grant, J. M. Sumsion and J. W.
