Show j I Local Miss Bernice Park of the high school dramatic art department, read a one-act play, "Cursifixa-tion," "Cursifixa-tion," before about 50 ladies of the stake Relief Societies in the Little Theater of the new art building, Sunday afternoon, following fol-lowing regular union meeting. City Councilman I. E. Clegg is able to get around again following follow-ing an accident in winch he fell and fractured several ribs. Plans are underway for the annual "M" Men and Gleaner banquet of Kolob stake to be held February 18. Decorations, a theme and other details of the annual entertainment are being worked out by general committee members, mem-bers, and will be announced later. PROVO Max Mendenhall of Mapleton, is a member of the cast of Moliere's "Tartuffe,'' one of the four competitive plays to be presented during Brigham Young's "drama week," January 17 to 21. The four plays will be presented during the week and by their performance in these plays student actors will be judged judg-ed for dramatic awards. PROVO Woodrow Weight oi Springville, is a member of the 'cast of the drama "Lady of Lyons," Ly-ons," to be presented during Brig-ham Brig-ham Young's "drama week," Jan. 17 to 21. |
