- 1 Legal Notices i NOTICE TO WATKIi, USEKSS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 2-t, 103b Notice is hereby given that Wash Creek Irrigation Company, Springville Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate 5 sec. ft. of water from Wash Creek in Utah county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from March 1 to December 1 inclusive or each year at a point which bears S. MS. 5 ft. and W. 940.5 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 17, T. 8 S., R. 3 E., SLB & M. and used to irrigate 75 iCi'"s of land embraced in the S'i Sec. 8 and N'i Sec. 17, T. 8 S., R. 3 E., SLB & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11937. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted sub-mitted in affidavit form and in j duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1 00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
