Claudette Colbert, who has established estab-lished herself as a moving picture favorite in three previous successes "The Lady Lies," "The. Big Pond" and "Young Man of Manhattan," ! here has a role that calls for all her youth and beauty and great acting talent. "Manslaughter" is considered consider-ed to be one of Par-amount's outstanding out-standing pictures of the season. Ken Maynard is coming to the Rivoli theater Friday and Saturday in "Sons of the Saddle," one of the best pictures of his career. Crowded Crowd-ed with thrills, bristling with action, and interspersed with humor, the picture is an epic in the long and brilliant career of Maynard as a portrayer of western characters. "Sons of the Saddle" has everything every-thing that goes, to make a thrilling Western romance. Maynard is seen at his best in a hard-riding, hard-fighting, hard-fighting, swiftly moving role which is counter-balanced to give humor when he appears in the awkward role of a lover. Two corking hand-to-hand combats, com-bats, and numerous running fights make the film one temming with action.
