April 1, there will be seen some of the finest work of the j greatest artists in the country, j Among these are Maynard Dixon i of San J-taneisco; J. B. Gardner 1 Soper, Hollywood; W. Elmer Scho- field, Childe Hossnm and Ernest Lawson, all exhibitors in the Mc-Eeth Mc-Eeth galleries, New York City. Among the artists who have previously pre-viously exhibited who have again sent canvases are K. C. Frieseke, who won the prize in the 192S exhibit; ex-hibit; Jonas Lie, winner of the 1!27 prize; Arthur Meltzer and E. W. Kediield. A splendid program has been prepared pre-pared for the formal opening Tuesday. Tues-day. Oerrit de Jong, dean of the college of fine arts, Brigham Young university, will be the principal prin-cipal speaker on this occasion. Music will be furnished by the students stu-dents of the music department of the Springviile high school. A mixed chorus will sing the "Italian Street Chorus," by Herbert. Another An-other mixed chorus of 90 VOifPa will ! sing "Carmena Waltz," and n girls' double trio will ting "Mother Ma-chret." Ma-chret."
