OCR Text	Show Springville Has New City Attorney Arnold C. Roylance of Springville Spring-ville has been appointed city attorney at-torney to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of Glen D. Wood-mansee. Wood-mansee. who recently moved to Washington, D. C. Mr. Roylance, who is blind, will bo remembered from his student days at the Brigham Young university, uni-versity, and later the University of Utah, when he became noted as a member of the wrestling squads.
