Show scam' fcvs In honor of I. S. Brown of this city whose birthday occurred Monday Mon-day an enjoyable party was given at the homo of a daughter Mrs. Leo Weight Monday evening. A iaige and beautifully decorated cake centered the dining table and entertaining rooms were pretty with Christmas decorations. A pleasant time with music, games and social chat was spent. Later a delicious lunceon was served. S. Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pennington entertained relatives at their home for Christmas dinner, covers being laid for Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Bate, Miss Fern Bate and Miss Bernice Faucett, Mrs. Joseph Bate, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Roylance and Moses Roylance of Rupert. Lfaho. Members of the Ladies Literary club will be entei tained Saturday January 3 at I he home of Mrs. Emma Jacobson. Mrs. Jensen of Frovo will entertain with a talk during the afternoon. The alumni of the Springville high school enrer tained at a successful suc-cessful and well attended dancing party at the gymnasium Christmas night.
