Show COAL MEN FORM ORGANIZATION SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 29 (U.R) Formation of ,the Rocky Mountain-Pacific Coal Producers association, asso-ciation, representative of Utah, Montana, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Washington, North and South Dakota, had been completed here today. F. V. H. Collins of Roundup, Mont., was elected president at the closing session late Thursday. The association will administer the national coal code for division No. 5. This division, for the pur- : pose of administering the code, I will include also the state of Idaho, I Oregon, California and Nevada. John R. Doolin, Salt Lake, was i elected secretary-treasurer of the association and executive secretary of code authority. The association recommended ap- . pointment of Arthur Vail, Rock 1 Springs, Wyo., as the NRA member of ihe divisional code authority. |
