I WHEREAS, it is our sincere desire to keep this honorable posi- J tion and follow the custom established several years since, to give j - our streets and homes a thorough "Spring Cleaning" each year. ' ' THEREFORE, be it proclaimed that the week commencing March 28th and ending April 2nd, 1932, shall be "Clean Up Week" j - in Springville, and I request all citizens, as well as merchants and business men, to clean up their premises, both front and back yards, and see that the rubbish, ashes and all refuse be hauled to the city's garbage ground north of the city, during said week, and deposit same out of sight on .said grounds as directed by watchman during said week. THEREFORE, be it further proclaimed that-all students of Springville shall meet at their1 respective school buildings at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning, March 30th, armed with garden rake, fork or other tools, and. under the direction of teacher or citizen, assist in cleaning up our city.
