Show NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR U. S. MINERAL PATENT Serial No. 0391S3. United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 18, 1926. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Millfork Oil Shale Company, Com-pany, a corporation, by its duly authorized agent and attorney in fact, J. A. Kauffman, whose post-office post-office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for a United States Patent to Mud Hollow Hol-low No. 3, Mud Hollow No. 5 and Mud Hollow No. 7 placer mining claims, situated in an unorganized mining district, Utah County, State of Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed by legal subdivisions, as Lots 2, 3, 6 and 7; the Et, of the W14 of Ey3 of Sec. 31, Township 9 South, Range 7 East, S. L. M., containing con-taining an nrea of 474.76 acres, according ac-cording to Government survey. Said placer mining claims, both the original and amended locations thereof, are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, at Provo, Utah. I direct that the foregoing notice be published in the Springville Herald, Her-ald, a weekly newspaper published In Springville, Utah, the newspaper published nearest said claim, for nine consecutive issues, ELI F.
