Show SF.KIAL NO. 018359 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR UNITED STATES PATENT Salt Lake City, Utah, May 2, 1929. Notice of application of Columbia Steel Corporation for United States patent for the California-Utah and Columbia Placer Mining claims, respectively re-spectively Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Chapter 6, Title 32, Revised Statutes of the United States, the undersigned, Columbia Steel Corporation, whose post office address is Clift Building, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, by and through W. R. Phibbs, Us agent ' and attorney-in-fact, whose post office address is Provo, Utah, claims the hereinafter described des-cribed California-Utah and Columbia Colum-bia Placer Mining Claims, bearing deposits of lime rock 'or limestone, and has made application to the United States for patent for said mining claims. The said mining tlaims are situate in an unknown and unnamed mining district in Utah County, State of Utah, and are, respectively, described as follows, fol-lows, to wit: California-Utah Placer Mining Claims, cohering and embracing the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, T. 7 S., R. 3 S. L. B. & M., and containing 80 acres of land. Columbia Placer Mining Claims, covering and embracing the Southwest South-west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, T. 7 S., R. 3 E., S- L- B- & M.f and containing 40 acres of land. Any and all persons claiming adversely ad-versely the respective mining claims or premises, or any portion thereof, as so above described and applied for, are hereby notified that unless their adverse claims are duly filed according to law and the regulations thereunder within the time prescribed by lav with the Register of the United States Land office at Salt Lake City, State of Utah, they will be barred by virtue of the' provisions of said statute. I direct that the foregoing notice be published in the "Springvillc HcrakV' a weekly newspaper published pub-lished at Springville, Utah county, State of Utah, for a period of nine consecutivo weeks- ELI F.
