At the conclusion of the program a d.-rnlv luncheon was served to twenty-nine members and guests present. Assisting hostesses were: Mrs. Oliver Dalton. and Mrs. Clara Crandall. Mr. and Mrs. John S. A number of sisters of Mrs. P.ose Boyer came from Nephi Tuesday and delightfully surprised her at her home in the afternoon. One of the leading social events of the late week was held Thursday evening when the Gleaner Girls of the Second ward were entertained j at the home of Miss Jessee Alleman with Miss Jane Alleman and Miss Helen Alleman assisting hostesses. An especially interesting talk was given by Earl Hutching on his experiences ex-periences during his recent trip around the world. He also displayed display-ed a number of souvenirs from the different countries visited. Dalton whose seventy-sixth birthday birth-day occurred Tuesday all members of his family with the exception of Dr. Eugene Dalton of Atlantic City, N. J., gathered in the form of a family reunion at Vivian Park Sunday. It was also the birthday of a great-grandson Finnic George Memory, a member of the party.
