While only the priesthood members, mem-bers, are supposed to be in attendance attend-ance at the Saturday meetings, the general public is invited and urged to be present at the Sunday morn-, ins and afternoon sessions in the stake tabernacle. One of the members of the general authorities of the church will be present at all of the meetings of the conference. The stake presidency has not as yet been notified who this , member will be, according to Presi- 1 dent T. N. Taylor. j The first meeting Saturday morn- ing will be from 9:30 to 10:25! o'clock when a consultation will be j held of the visiting member of the general authorities with the presidency presi-dency of the stake. From 10:30 until noon Saturday the visiting member will meet in College hall with the president of the stake and his counselors, high council including the alternate members, mem-bers, stake clerk, ward bishops and their councelors and ward clerks. Following the roll call at this meeting the visit member of the general gen-eral authorities will give an address on the topic, "Essentials of Leadership," Leader-ship," and a round table discussion. X. priesthood, after which the visiting member will address the assembly on "Priesthood, the perfect plan of service." At 2:45 o'clock all of the deacons of the stake will separate from the general session and will meet in the library of the university under the direction of Bishop A. L. Booth of the Provo Fourth ward. At this meeting Elder II. Aldous Dixon of the Provo Third ward will speak on the organization of quorum and method of individual study and Elder El-der W. Monroe Pax man of the bishopric of the Provo Sixth ward will discuss the. special calling of a Deacon. All other members of the priesthood priest-hood will remain in College hall, where, under the direction of the visiting member of the general authorities, au-thorities, Elders E. S. Hinckley and II. M. Woodward will give a demonstration demon-stration of efficient w.ird teaching. which will be the topic of the session. ses-sion. Following the demonstration an open discussion on the topic and the. demonstration will be conducted. President T. N. Taylor will pre-, pre-, side over the Sunday morning session ses-sion which convenes at 10 o'clock in tbe stake tabernacle by the congregation1 congre-gation1 singing, "Come, All Ye Sons of God." Prayer will be offered by one of the presidents of an Elders' quorum following which a male chorus selected sel-ected by Joshua Ilodson from the Seventies' quorums will render a selection. se-lection. Elder Lester Taylor, president presi-dent of the Elders' quorum of the Provo Third ward, will speak on the topic, "My Conception of an Elders' Calling." "How can a Priest best qualify for the duties of his office?" will be discussed by Arnold Roy la nee of the Springville Fourth ward and then a chorus from the Teachers' and Priests' quorums of the Springville Third ward under the direction of Elmo Coffman will sing. Fred Moore of the Provo Fifth ward will speak on the topic, "What are the particular duties of a Teacher Teach-er and how may he best discharge them?" "How may a Deacon help the ward and it's organizations?" will be discussed by Glen Vincent of the Provo Second ward. Under, the direction of Prof. Charles J. Engar a chorus consisting consist-ing of the members of the Deacon's quorums of the Lake View, Vineyard, Vine-yard, Sharon, Timpanogos, Grand View and Pleasant View wards will sing.
