Show SPRINGVILLE KIWANIS HEAR E. S. HINCKLEY "The Milk of Hunmn Kindness and the Brotherhood of Man,' was the subject of a discourse delivered by E. S. llim kley, secretary of the l'rovo Chamber of Commerce, at tho weekly luncheon of the Springville. Kiwanis club held at the Third ward amusement, hall Thursday t vein,'. ve-in,'. "I believe there ore men and women wo-men living today who have seen the entire progress of the human race." -Mr. Hinmkley said. And then after af-ter depicting tht condition of slavery slav-ery and serfdom that havet existed in the world up to the; time of this generation and the struggle that the human race has been obliged to go through to csupply the bare necessities necessi-ties of life, he then enumerated the wonderful inventions, labor saving! devices of the !pi'osint day which have afforded man- so many luxuries lux-uries and so much leisure time. He dec-lured that man has more T.imei' now to think about something beside be-side themselves and with the complexities com-plexities of this generation, there is laid the foundation of a greater feeling feel-ing of desire for socil service than has ever been befoTe in the world's history, C li.
