Musser, secretary, for a meeting of the Democratic state central cen-tral committee, at the Newhouse hotel, Salt Lake, the evening of Sat- 1 i urday, July 12 the same day the I judicial convention is to be held for l this district. The meeting is called ), for the following purposes : lieceiving and acting on the resig- '.j nation tendered by the state chair- j man, James II. Waters; filling va- ; eancies occuring among the officers : of the state committee; providing : for the time and place for holding j the state convention of the Demo-cratic Demo-cratic party ; receiving reports of j the various county chairmen as to the state of the organization of each ; county, precinct and district nnd of : each county at large and transacting ; such further and other business as j may be presentde. ' ,"It is hoped," says the call, "that on this occasion there will be a full attendance of the committee . You are hereby authorized and urged to invite other members of the Democratic Demo-cratic party in your locality to be present. 'In its efforts in behalf of party success, the state central committee needs greater co-operation from the county and precinct officers and generally from all the members of the party. It is impossible for us to acomplish the purposes for which we are organized unless all members of the party actively participate iu the councils of the party.
