Welch has ns their guest this week Mrs. W. L. Winters and son of San Francisco, who are on their way to Pittsburg. Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Spears and daughter Cynthia of Tooele, Utah, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brain and family of Salt Lake was the guests of Mr. and Mvs. It. L. Mendeuhall Mend-euhall last v.i'ok-ciul. Miss Clara Jensou. left Sunday for Wellington, Utah, where she will teach school this Winter. Mrs. Harriet Whiting aud daughter daugh-ter Lorna have returned to Lor-enao, Lor-enao, Idaho to spend the winter. Mrs. Sylvester Allan was hostess at a candy pull Tuesday evening. Those present were Misses Mamie Jensen, Knima Lee, Grace Lewellyn, Helen Diamond, Lucy Hoylance, Hnroldine Martin and Louise Mendeuhall. Mend-euhall. -. ..... , . Miss Mamie Jeiison was hostess at a parly given at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jensen Wednesday evening. Games and mnsc was enjoyed after which a dalnly luncheon was served. Mr. Fay Johnson attended a reunion re-union of the Wisconsin. -Missionaries at Saltalr Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrnm Manwaring of Rexliurg, Idaho, have returned hope after spending a week wilh Mrs. Manwaring's mother, Mrs. C. M.; Bird. Miss Melha Tew left Thursday for Emery county where she will teach school this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Delinar nair aro the proud parents of a twelve pound bahy girl born Sept. 8. I |
