You are hereby notified that we have expended during the year 1024, one hundred ($100.00) in labor and improvements on each of the following mining claims, to-wit to-wit : I'tali Claim, Pathfinder, Lucky Strike No. 1, Lucky Slriku No. 2, lied Cross, Liberty Bond, Ironclad, Monitor, Rambler No. I, Rambler No. 2, situated in Indian Creek, Spanish Fork canyon, Utah, an unorganized mining district, the location cortifi-caets cortifi-caets of which lire found recorded in t lie county recorder's office of Utah county, Provo City, Utah; in -order to hold said claims under the provision of Section 2."24 of the Revised Status of the United States nnd the amendment thereto, approved ap-proved January 22, 1SS0, concerning annual labor upon mining claims, being the amout required to hold said claims for the period ending on the 30th day of June, 1924; And If, within ninety days from tlie publication thereof, you fail or refuse to contribute and pay your respective proportions of such expenditure ex-penditure us co-owners in each respective re-spective claim, in the detailed list of the claims, showing indebtedness of each co-owner therein, for the year 1924 nnd previous years added add-ed to the proportion for 1924, your respective interests in the afosesnid claims, and as enumerated in the list below, and made a part of this Notice No-tice of Forfeiture, will become the property of the subscribers hereto who have made the required expenditures, expen-ditures, by the terms of said section, as follows : Year.
