Penney company which was held at Atlantic City, X. J., last month. Officials and store nuinagers, together to-gether witli their wives, to the num. ber of over nine hundred from 41 states, attended what is said to have been one of Ibe most notable gatherings gather-ings ever held by a single mercantile mercan-tile organizal ion. Among other interesting features of Ihe convention, the cinematograph cinemato-graph caught the Hon. William Jennings Jen-nings Bryan while delivering his dynamic address. "Be Thou a Blessing." Bless-ing." before the great baniuet on the closing evening. Mr. Bryan's address ad-dress was broadcasted by station WPG. Atlantic staliou. Manager W. A. Firniage of the local J. C.
