Luncheon was served at ten-thirty. A recent wedding of interest was that of Olan Zahriskie. son of Mr. and Mrs. Alva Zahriskie, and Miss Vera Lublin, of Provo. The ceremony cere-mony was performed Wednesday in Sail: Lake. They spent Thursday in Springville and went to Soldier Summit, wh;re they will live, on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Mell Roylance. Giant Roylance and Miss Virginia Harward, of Hazleton, Idaho, are visiting relatives here. They are the house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Finley. Mrs. Clara M. Bate went to Salt Lake Thursday to., visit her daughter daugh-ter and her brother.. She will be away a week or ten days. The Mothers' Study club met at i the home of Mrs. Wayne Johnson j Friday afternoon. There were twenty members and two guests present. The members sang, ''What Utah Makes, Makes Utah," after which Mrs. Harold Alleman reviewed review-ed the life of Olive Shriner, and read one of her stories, "The Lost .lityj Two Oft her stories hy the same author were read. They were "The Dream of the Wild Bees." which was read by Mrs. L. L. Baker, Bak-er, and "The Hunter," read by Mrs. Owen MoKenzie.
