Show Vw h t Sunday farewell to honor LeGrande Boyer LeGrande Boyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Boyer, has been called to serve in the Central Atlantic States LDS mission. His farewell will be Sunday evening, in the Second ward church, beginning at 7 p.m. LeGrande will be the second son of the Boyers now in the mission field and the third son to fill an LDS mission. He enters en-ters the mission home April 10. Scheduled to speak at the farewell are: Glenn A. Montague Mon-tague and Hal L. Taylor. Remarks Re-marks will be by Bishop Rich-ard Rich-ard K. Miner and by parents of the missionary with a response re-sponse by the minsionary. There will be a cello solo by Leta Boyer and a male quartet composed of Sheldon Bartholomew, Bartho-lomew, George Weight, Michael Mich-ael Woodward and Barry Weight, will give a selection. Other numbers will be by the congregation. The invocation will be by Marlin E. Boyer and the benediction bene-diction by LeRoi Davies. Other missionaries serving from the Second ward, are: Stanley Blackett, Finland ; John Anderson, Australia; Lynn Lowe, Great Britain; Jorgen J. Boyer, Denmark, and Richard Pierce, Western States. LeGrande Boyer, leaving soon for the Central Atlantic LDS mission field, will be honored at a farewell Sunday evening even-ing in the Second ward. |
