Show Kent and Judy returned Monday Mon-day from a three weeks vacation vaca-tion in California. They visited her brothers and sisters and their families at Temple City and at Lancaster Beach and Ocean Park, as well as touring tour-ing the many other places of interest. Enroute they stopped a day in Las Vegas, Nevada. The lifespan of a dollar bill is about 13 months, on the average, while a 10-dollar bill lasts four years. yjewd rioted . . . Mr. & Mrs. LeGrande Young and family have enjoyed a visit from her brother Til-ford Til-ford C. Gaines and wife and daughter Pam of Chicago, 111. the past five days. They left Sunday as Mr. Gaines, who is vice-president of the National Bank of Chicago, was to speak in Salt Lake City. Combining their vacation trip west with business, he has spoke at banking conventions and other meetings at Sun Valley, Ida., San Francisco, and Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif., and at Spokane, Wash. Before taking over his present position in Chicago, Mr. Gaines, a native of Spokane, Spo-kane, was with the Federal Reserve in New York several years. As a special reward for having hav-ing finished their projects on time, members of the Busy Homemakers 4-H club were recently re-cently entertained by their leaders, Carol Greenhalgh and Kay Frandsen, with a canyon picnic.
