Show lewi FJote5 . . . Mr. and Mrs. Leo Llewellyn enjoyed a visit from their daughter, Mrs. Annette Breun-inger Breun-inger and three children, of Beuna Vista, Colo. They returned re-turned home last week accompanied accom-panied by Mr. Breuninger who had been spending some time at Bear Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Cutler have returned from a week's visit with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Har-old Cutler and family at Mt. Home, Idaho, where Harold is stationed with the Air Force. Mrs. V. C. Mendenhall came from Las Vegas, Nev., the past week for the funeral services of her nephew, Billie Beam-son Beam-son and spent a few days visiting vi-siting with her mother, Mrs. Ella Reynolds and daughter Lucille and family; also her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Y. Beamson. President Grant S. Thorn of the North British LDS mission mis-sion accompanied by his wife Naomi and daughters Linda and Diane left early Thursday morning for their new home in England. They traveled by plane to New York where they had a six hour wait until boarding a jet plane for the trip across the ocean. President Presi-dent Thorn has been in England Eng-land several months returning to Utah to attend the mission presidents' conference in Salt Lake City and to accompany his wife and daughters back. Mr. and Mrs. Donald B. Jes-i see and two boys, Mark and Brian from Eagar, Ariz., have returned to their home after spending the past week in Springville with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Duke and Mr. and Mrs. Cornell Jessee. Blaine H. Johnson's work is taking him to Lincoln, Nebr., where his wife Alma and sons Dennis and Brent will join him and make their home. The Johnsons reside at 765 South Second East. Mr. and Mrs. Vert Weight and family of Yuba City, California Cali-fornia are visiting in Springville Spring-ville and Murray with relatives rela-tives and friends. Mrs. Joe Sanders and family of Riviera, Calif., are visiting with Mrs. Sanders' mother, Mrs. Mary Weight, and other relatives and friends here. Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Bird, accompanied ac-companied by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cranmer spent the 4th of July weekend at Flagstaff, Ariz., where they attended the Indian pow-wow. They also visited vi-sited the families of three of the Indian girls who made their home with the Birds at Fort Apache and at Poloka, Ariz. Especially interesting were the colorful parades, the rodeos and other events staged by the various var-ious tribes from all parts of the country at the pow-wow. Miss Julia Young, 16-year-old daughter of Ralph and Josephine Jo-sephine C. Young of Petersburg, Peters-burg, Alaska is visiting in Springville with her grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron N. Crandall and with other relatives rela-tives and friends. Nell Condie is home from Downey, Calif., where she visi-'ted visi-'ted at the home of a daughter daugh-ter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. D. C. Erb and four children. chil-dren. She stayed at their home while the Erb's with Mrs. Erb's brother Vernon Condie and wife of Cheyenne, Wyo., made a tour of Mexico City. On her return trip to Springville, Mrs. Condie visited Dr. and Mrs. Earl Condie at Las Vegas, Ve-gas, where he is doing dental work at the Nellis Air Force base.
