Show Lawrence Clark succumbs; services today Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted today1 at 1 p.m. in the Third-Ninth ward chapel under the direction "of Bishop Forrest For-rest Allred of the Ninth ward for Lawrence Clark, 65, who died suddenly at the family home, 145 West 2nd North, Monday afternoon. Friends may call at the Wheeler Mortuary prior to the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Cem-etery. Mr. Clark was born Dec. 5, 1894 in Springville, the son of Silas Edwin and Harriet Bis-sell Bis-sell Clark. He was educated in the Springville public schools. He ' was married to Delia Pal-freyman Pal-freyman on April 2, 1919, at Springville. The marriage was later solemized in the Salt Lake LDS' temple. Amember of the LDS church he held the office of Elder in the Ninth ward. He had work-! work-! prl in construction work all his life and had been emplbyed by B. D. Palfreyman Co., Thorn Construction, Whiting and Haymond Hay-mond Co., J. M. Sumsion and Sons and had been superintendent superinten-dent for most of these companies. compan-ies. At the time of His death, he was employed as inspector at the Brightm Young University. Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. LaMont (Janice) (Jan-ice) Higbee, Winnemucca, Nevada; Ne-vada; five grandchildren; a brother, W. B. Clark, Springville; Spring-ville; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Stevenson, Springville; Mrs. Annie McConnell, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ada Lee, McGill, Nevada; Miss Bernice Clark, Lehi. |
