Show Tributes Paid To Pharmacists In keeping with a long established, es-tablished, custom in the profession profes-sion of pharmacy, Governor George Dewey Clyde, has issued is-sued a proclamation designating designat-ing the week of Oct. 5 to 11 as National Pharmacy Week in Utah, according to a report received re-ceived this week. Paul M. Hay- mond of this city is president of the executive board of the Utah Pharmaceutical Assn., elected to serve until 1961. The report stated there are 1053 pharmacists, registered in Utah, practicing in 252 pharmacies phar-macies and last year they filled in excess of 4,350,000 prescriptions, prescrip-tions, which ran from three to five thousand for each of the smaller drug stores to 150,000 in the larger ones. |
