Examinations Set' For Navy Reserve Officers Training Chief G. W. Tubbs, Petty Officer Of-ficer in charge, U.S. Navy Recruiting Re-cruiting sation, Provo, announced announ-ced today that the 13th annual national competitive examina- tions for the Regular Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps will be given to interested interest-ed high school seniors and graduates on December 13. Application Ap-plication forms are now available avail-able at all high schools, colleges, col-leges, and the Navy Recruiting Station in the Post Office Building, Provo, Utah and must be sent in before November 15. Designed to supplement he officer output of the Naval Academy, the NROTC Program makes it possible' for a young man to earn a regular commission commis-sion while studying at the civilian civi-lian college of his choice which has an NROTC unit.
