Show resolution was declared carried. Councilman Becker moved the following resolution: "Be it resolved by the city council coun-cil of Manti city, as follows: That the Mayor of Manti city be and he is hereby authorized and directed, in behalf of Manti city, to sign and acknowledge a certain agreement agree-ment or instrument between John Patten, Virgil Patten, Albert Taylor, Tay-lor, Andrew Thompson and Daniel II. Thompson, as the parties of the first part, and Manti City as the party of the second part, whereby the first parties convey to Manti City certain reservoirs in Manti canyon, and in consideration of such conveyance Manti City covenants cove-nants and agrees to deliver to the first parties, a certain amount of water." Councilmen voting yet, A. Ten nan t, L. F. Becker, J. C. Madsen, Luther Tuttle, Fred Jensen. Jen-sen. Councilmen voting no, none. Councilmen absent, none. Following bills were presented and allowed: H. F. Harmon, lumber for roads and bridges $ 24.81 Alfred Alder, City Creek and Cottonwood reservoirs, labor by sundry persons 01.10 Fred Jensen, road at mouth of canyon 203.20 Fred Jensen, labor by sundry persons on City creek M.'XI The minutes were read and approved ap-proved and on motion council adjourned. |
