Smith, city superintendent ot schools, has been invited to attend. J S nar'.ey, executive secretary of the manufacturers' association, said that some members reported that they have released employees to attend school but tVu the employees had not attenued because be-cause of a ta.k of facilities. A meeting of the membership and entertainment en-tertainment committees will bo held tomorrow.
