Johnson, judge of the district court of the United States for distrb-t of Utah: J. C. Bergman of Salt Like City, in the count v of Salt Lake and slate of Utah, in said district, respectfully represents that mi the 3rd dny of May, last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under the aets of congress relating to bankruptcy; that he ha;" duly surrendered all his property and rights" of propprty, and has fully complied wilh all re qu icemen ts of said acts and of the orders of the court touching touch-ing his bankruptcy. Wherefore he prays that he m;iy be decreed de-creed bv the court to have a full discharge from all debts provable a -rains u his estate under said bankrupt acts, except such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge. On this 3rd day of May, A. D. 1910, on reading the foregoing petition, jt is or-, dered by thp court that a hearing be bad upon the same on the Pith day of June, A. D. 1919. before said court, at Salt Lake Citv. in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon: and that notice I hereof be published pub-lished in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper news-paper printed in said district, and tha t all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and plaee and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted. And it Is further ordered by the court t hat i iie clerk shall send by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated.
