Show FRATERNAL CONGRESS TO HOLD SESSION The Utah Fraternal congress will hold a special meeting at 2:30 o'clock thla afternoon after-noon at the Odd Feliows hall for the purpose pur-pose of considering proposed changes in the by-laws of the organization which would make all fraternal orders of the state eligible for membership in the congress. H. M. Wolfe, president of tho congress, will preside. Preceding the meeting the executive committee of the congress will hold a luncheon at the Newhousc hotel. The luncheon will take place at 12:30 o'clock, and a short business session of the committee com-mittee will follow. Twenty-three fraternal societies of Utah are members of the congress. |
