In the matter of the estate of Charlee Lammersdorf, deceased. de-ceased. Notice. The petition of L. H. Farnsworth and Herman Harms, administrators with the will annexed of the estate of Charles Lammersdorf, deceased, for confirmation of the ale of tiie following described real estate of said decedent, to wit: SitLiaie in Salt Lake county, Utah. All of tho right, title and interest of the said Charles Lammersdorf, deceased, at the time of his death, and also all of the rlgnt, title and interest of the said estate, in and to: Commencing at a point 23.29 feet east from the south-east corner of block SS, plat A, Salt Lake City survey, running thence east 1S1.5 it, thence north 198.0 132.0 feet, thence west 1CS.0 feet, thence south 120.0 feet, thence east 33 feet, thence south 12 feet, thence east 33 feet, thence south S3 feet, thence west 30 feet, thence south 1S5 feet to the place of beginning, be-ginning, containing 208.35 square rods and constituting ail of lot 6 and parts of lots 7 and 10 in said block: and particularly a right of the said estate in the said real estate being as follows: Zion' Savings Bank & Trust company, a corporation of tiie state of Utah, holds the legal title to the said property, upon a trust that the said Zion's Savings Bank i & Trust company will proceed to sell and 1 dispose of the said land in parcels or as a whole from time to time as it may ; deem proper and the proceeds derived from the sale of any such lands and property prop-erty hereinbefore described, after deducting deduct-ing all taxes, expenses and necessary charges, shall be applied, first, to the payment pay-ment of $55,000.00 with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the 14th day of May, 1913, until tho full payment of the said principal sum of $85.-000.00, $85.-000.00, that is to say, as last as money shall be derived oy tne z.ion s savings Bank & Trust company from the sale of the said real estate and property the proceeds pro-ceeds derived from such sale shall be paid as follows: 4S-S5 thereof shall be paid lo Zion's Savings Bank & Trust company com-pany and S7-S5 thereof shall be paid to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf until the said principal sum of $85,000.00 with interest from the 14th day of Mav, 1913, until paid, shall have been fully paid. After the SAld $55,000.00 and Interest, taxes, expenses, etc., shall have been fully paid, any moneys thereafter received from the saJe of the said lands and property prop-erty shall be applied to the payment to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf of $11,000,000 and interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from May 14, 1913, until paid, which payment shall be made from time to time until tne said $11.-000.00. $11.-000.00. together with 6 per cent interest thereon per annum from the Hth day of Mav, 1913. shall have been fully paid. After the payment of all of the sums hereinbefore mentioned and the interest, the balance of the said property shall be sold, if any then remains, and all remaining re-maining proceeds shall be paid, one-half to Zion's Savings Bank & Trust company and one-half to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf; for the sum of $30,000.00. and upon the following terms, to w-lt: Cash upon confirmation of sale by this court; as appears from the return of sale, filed In this court, has been set for hearing hear-ing on Friday, the C'3ih day of September, |
