Five companies which intend, to do business busi-ness in the state filed articles of incorporation incor-poration yesterday in the office of the secretary of state. To do an automobile business and to conduct a mortgage and loan business, the Nor berg-Woof ton Security Loan company has been incorporated with a capital stock of $12,000. J. Traeey Wootton is named as president and former State Senator John H. Wootton of American Fork as vice president. Charles H. Norberg is secretary and treasurer, and Hyrum Nor-berg Nor-berg and R. H. The Murray-White Canal compuny incorporated in-corporated with a capital of Slit, 000 for ! the purpose of building and maintaining an irrigation canal to take water from the Duchesne river in Duchesne county. The incorporators named are Levi C. White, J. K. Murray, Yi, M. Pope, Oscar T. Vhite, John P. Madsen. Tom Firth, Fred J. Davis and J. A. Washburn. To develop oil prospects and conduct an oil refining . business, the Wyoming Petroleum company lias been organized with a capital of SiO.uOO. The company has its offices at Helper, t'tah. Herbert M.
