All except two of the proposals In tho city, those Improvements Improve-ments In the Lorln Farr and South Washington parks, carried, while the proposals for the county building and county Jail were defeated by a large majority ma-jority in the county. These results wore noted here at an early hour this morning morn-ing from the Incomplete returns: I Ogden city school bonds carried by a majority of 392 votes. The vote was 767 for and 365 against. The vote from the county, outside of the city, incomplete, was for the county building 136 yes and 732 no; for the county coun-ty Jail, 131 for and 727 against. In the city about 1700 votes were caHt, which was the lightest ever recorded here. Thirty-six districts out of fifty-four fifty-four reported. The returns from the districts dis-tricts Indicated that the city had voted tir the sanitary sewer svstem. refund outstanding warrants, Joint building side-1 walks, curbing and pavement.
