All the surplus government copper will lie marketed for the government .by the Copper Producers' association for a period not to exceed fifteen months, by agreement with the director of sales of the war department, according to an announcement made here tpday by tile association, which represents repre-sents 50 per cent of the copper prcduction of the country.
