John Duncan, the owner of the Double R ranch, is the abettor abet-tor of the Mexican scoundrel in all of his crooked schemes. lie and Blanca plan to outwit the hero, "Dakota," and, in order to fool him, Duncan loans the Mexican some of his caltle to enlarge his herd. Blanca rebrands Duncan's steers with his own mark, and arranges with Duncan to call and claim his cattle. Thus "Dakota," is made a common rustler, but vindication conies in a. most unexpected way.. |
