Show FEEDING GROUNDS FOR ELK SELECTED Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. June 27. The setting aside of three districts of the Teton forest reserve, re-serve, which will he used as a winter feeding ground for the elk of the Jackson Hole country, has been completed, according accord-ing to District Forester L. F. Knelpp, who returned today from a ten days' trip through the reserve. To set aside the range the district forester for-ester made a trip through the three districts dis-tricts with the rangers and supervisors and selected that part of the range which will be closed to the sheepmen and cattlemen, cattle-men, who have run stock upon it during the summer months. |
