Show WILL SHOW MERITS OF COTTAGE CHEESE Dairy Experts Ttom Washington Are Coming to Utah to Demonstrate Value of This Food. An intensive campaign to improve the product and to create a more general gen-eral use for cottage cheese, is about to be started by the dairy division of the department of agriculture. S3. C. Trimble, Trim-ble, dairy manufacturing expert from Washington, arrived in bait Lake yesterday, yes-terday, and, with II. L. Wilson, also an expert on cottage cheese, who has been in tho city for the past ten days, will at once begin a systematic tour of the creameries of Utah with a view to bringing about ani improvement in tho product. It was said by Mr. Wilson yesterday that the creameries of Utah are making a quality of cottage cheese, far superior supe-rior to that, manufactured by the great majority of creameries of other states, but he says that a further improvement can be made. That tho women of Utah may become be-come more familiar with the use of cottage cheese, and brought to a realization reali-zation of its importance and value as food, Mrs. Hallie K. Davis of the dairy-division, dairy-division, has been assigned to work in Salt Lake. Jrs. Davis will arrive next Tuesday. Miss" Jessie M.
