Miss Irene Oliver and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Thomas Oliver, are guests at the Lome of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse ilays. Mrs. A. Ball of this city were married Saturday afternoon of last week. Justice William K. Wheeler ofiieiatinff. Mr. Harris left Monday to join the United Stales service. Mrs. A. Nystrom and son. Gaylord. who have been guests at the home of the Rev. Mr. and Mrs. Fahlquist for several sev-eral weeks, have left for their home in Hartford, Conn. Mrs. E. A. Owen, who has been visiting visit-ing friends in Salt Iake City, has returned re-turned home. f Mrs. F. A. Scott of Minneapolis, Minn., is a Kuest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. O. F. Tan-. Mrs. Tandy is her daughter. Mr, and Mrs. Frank Howard arrived from Lawrence, Kan.. Monday, and will make their home here. Mrs. A. W. Rates left Monday for Butte, Mont., where she wall visit her son and other relatives for a few weeks. Captain George W. Edgington. former mayor of this city, located at American Lake, arrived here Monday for a short visit with his mother and friends. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Campbell and daughters, Mrs. G. O. Wright and Mrs. Joseph Bennett, have left for Victor, Colo., to visit Mrs. Campbell's mother. A house-warming and surprise party was held at the new home of Mrs. Andrew An-drew Myers in New .Sweden Saturday evening of last week, it being the first wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. J. Earl Evans, son-in-law and daughter of Mrs. Myers. Thirty-six guests were present and the evening was spent in dancing and games. Luncheon was served at 11:30. Mr. and Mrs. Evans were the recipients of many handsome presents. Mr. and Mrs. Frank M. Bybee held a family reunion at their home Wednesday afternoon. with a dinner in honor of Mr. Bybee's parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. By-bee, By-bee, who have gone to Logan, Udah, to make their home. The out-of-town guests were Mrs. F. A. Wishart of Rig-by, Rig-by, Miss Jane Poole of Rexburg, Mrs. T. Marker of Driggs, Arden and Juni-etta Juni-etta and Mrs. Idaho Thomas of Feon, Mrs. Q. F, Eastman and Miss Lenore Bybee of Twin Falls. Dinner was served at 1 o'clock. |
