OCR Text	Show TRI-STATE MEETING IS SOON EXPECTED As a result of the recent creation of a new district, including Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico, under the resources re-sources "and conversion section of the war industries board, a conference of officials of the resources and conversion committees of these states is expected to be held at Denver within the next few j days. j Cass 1Z. Herrington, a prominent manufacturer manu-facturer of Denver, has been recommended recommend-ed for appointment as regional adviser of the new district, and confirmation of this appointment is expected daily. H was stated yesterday by members of the Utah resources and conversion committee that as soon as the appointment of Mr. Herrinston is confirmed he will -Issue a call for the conference. The local committee com-mittee will be represented at thjs meeting, meet-ing, and plans will be laid, for the work of the district in war industries.
