Show PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO TWE COVSTI- TUT10N HOLSE JOINT RESOLUTION RESOLU-TION NUMBER NINE . A Joint resolution providing for an amendment amend-ment to Section 4, Ar xle 13, of the Constitution Consti-tution of the State oi Utah relating to the taxation of mines and mining property and the assesFrr.ents of Eame. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Utah, two-thirds of all the members elected to the two houses concurring therein: Section 1. That it is proposed to amend Section 4, Article 13 of the Constitution of the State of Uuh so that the same will read as Section 4. All metalliferous mines er mining min-ing claims, both placer and rock ln place, shall be assessed at 55.00 per acre, and in additien thereto at a value baed open some multiple er sub-multiple of the net annual proceeds thereof. Alt other mines or mining claims and other valuable mineral deposits, includinx lands containing: coal or h, dro-earbona, shall be Mssrssed at their full value.
