In order to get men physically qualified quali-fied for general military service into actual ac-tual fighting duty and out of bureau positions po-sitions which can be filled by men physically physi-cally fit for limited military service only, General Peyton C. March, chief of stuff, has Issued an order which was received yesterday by Captain K V. Fitz Gerald, United States draft executive officer for Utah. , Requisitions from all bureaus requiring requir-ing the services of men in any capacity must be made through the adjutant general gen-eral of the United States armv, it is stipulated in the order, which is as follows: fol-lows: "Induction into the military service for duty with a bureau, including the general staff corps of the war department in Washington or in offices elsewhere, is authorized au-thorized only in cases of men technically qualified for such duty physically disqualified dis-qualified for general military service, and physically qualified for special or limited military service only, or of men In the deferred classes where such deferment lias been granted on the grounds of dependency. depen-dency. ' "Physically qualified men, skilled in highly specialized occupations, may be Inducted for duty with a bureau when it is shown that it is impossible to secure se-cure men physically qualified for special or limited service for such assignment.
