The Idaho State Teachers' association, in session In this city, elected the following officers for the ensuing year: President, Oliver O. Young, Boise; first vice president. Superintendent Su-perintendent J-. J. Rae of Buriey; second vice president, Rctta F. Martin, Lewis county; treasurer, J. Fred Williams, St. Anthony; secretary, Miss Ivy Wilson; members of the executive committee for a term of three years, President Elliott, Lewiston State normal; Tor term of one year, Stella Cook of Lincoln eountv. Re- organization plans will be taken" up to j enable members to join the association associa-tion whether they attend the anmal sessions ses-sions of the association or not. The Idaho Woolgrowers' association, which held its annua) session here, elected elect-ed the following officers for the ensuing year: President, Hugh Sproat, Mavfield; vice president, John Skillern, Boise"; secretary-treasurer, John Iddenbaugh; executive ex-ecutive board, M.
