| Show NOTICE notice is hereby given by the city council of provo city of the intention of said council to make the following described improvement to wit to bring to proper grade and macadamize with mountain gravel certain sidewalks and defray the cost thereof excepting one half the cost of bringing to grade estimated at 1600 fifteen hundred dollars by local assessment the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district being the district to be effected or benefited by said improvement namely the sidewalks on J street from first street to fifteenth street and on seventh burpet from A street to 0 street and on E street from first estreet to thirteenth street all protests and objections to tha car crying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the city recorder on or hean fl the dav of march timp PI by said council when it will hear and consider such objections as may b e mcade thereto sy order of the city council of provo city JOHN D DIXON city recorder dated feb 19 1895 |
