A ins worth registered at division No. S, Salt Lake, and on appearing for examination examina-tion filed a. claim for exemption on the ground that he was the sole- suppoct of his wife and two children, living at 1oS S'outh State street. In support of this contention he filed an affidavit, sworn to before a notary public, It is charged. It is stated by Mr. Bone that for more tliHn a year Ainsworth lias not supported his family, and that, his wife and children are now living with Mrs. Ainsworth's parents at Richfield. All hough Ainsworth filed an affidavit purported to have been signed by his wife, it is alleged that Mrs. Ainsworth declares she never saw it. |
