This, last quota will consist of 15 per cent of the number called in the first requisition 'by the provost pro-vost marshal. Within the week it is anticipated all the fortv-three exemption districts of the state will have completed their quotas; In fact, nearlv all have made complete returns to the' district board. Local district dis-trict No. 3 will examine ninety-nine men beginning- today, from which the men to complete its list, with the added 10 per cent, to take care of accidents or sickness sick-ness among those selected, are to be chosen. No definite date has been set for the departure of the final quota from the state, but it is expected that such an order or-der will be forthcoming soon. This would indicate that the last contingent of registrants regis-trants will not be detained long after it has been certified in full.
