Show RELIEF STEAMER SUNK; TWO LIVES REPORTED LOST LONDON, April 7, 11:45 p. m. The Norwegian steamer Camilla, with a cargo of corn for the Belgian relief commission, according to a Reuter dispatch dis-patch from Copenhagen, has been sunk without warning, with the loss of two lives. The vessel was sunk off the coast of Jaederen, south of Stavanger, Norway and nine survivors have arrived at Skudesnaes, Norway. The survivors were 120 hours in a boat before they were picked up by a steamer. The Norwegian steamer Camilla, of 2273 gross tons, was owned in Bergen. |
