Show Ten Below at Pocatello. Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Ida., Jan. 14. The cold wave of the winter struck Pocatello between be-tween 3 and 4 o'clock Saturday morning when tbe temperature dropped to 10 degrees below zero. This is the official figure, according to Weather Observer A. R. Teeple, hut many thermometers in outlying sections of the city registered as low "as 13 below.
